Support

Optimal Performance employs an advanced online 24hr help desk with ticket submission and tracking. Our commitment is to provide exceptional support with exceptional response time. All work receives thorough documentation until resolution.

The eSupport help desk will launch in its own window. You may register your e-mail address in order to login, however registration is not necessary to submit a ticket.

Simply click "Submit a Ticket" and select your category, then complete the form with your information. Click submit and you're done.

 
 
 

An account will automatically be created and you will receive an e-mail with details regarding your ticket and login information.

Your ticket will be immediately submitted to us; please include as many details as possible regarding your issue.

 
 

If you require emergency support service please contact us directly at (225) 753-4321. Hours of operation are M-F, 9am - 5pm CDT. However, both phone and support desk submission will immediately notify an associate 24 hours a day.

Web servers are monitored continuously. In the unlikely event of an unscheduled outage, technicians are notified immediately. Current server status is displayed below.
