| The consulting and solutions experience varies with each client as some solely require consulting, while most utilize all of the services offered by Optimal Performance. This page is a lengthy yet detailed example scenario of a new client experience from the beginning.
1. Optimal Performance receives a referral for a new client that may benefit from their services (all of our business is generated by word of mouth marketing - the most genuine and effective method for these types of services). We contact or receive a contact from the client and have an initial conversation about what's going on and why they were referred. Perhaps they are not happy with their current IT solution; perhaps they are growing and need to upgrade their internal systems to handle the growth. After an initial phone conversation and both parties are happy with proceeding, we meet the client at their location to further discuss and identify what specific goals the company has and where they stand at that time.
2. After that meeting, once both parties agree that Optimal Performance can help them with their accomplishments, we will perform a thorough analysis of their current technological situation. Initial documentation of their computer and server environment and identification of what software is used to run the business and who performs these functions are a couple of examples of what takes place during analysis.
3. After working with all data collected and determining the best approach to achieving the company's goals, a proposal is created and delivered to the client.
4. Once the proposal is accepted (with or without modifications), Optimal Performance then proceeds to acquire the technology (hardware/software/etc.), implement the technology and train the employees on usage of the new systems and methods.
5. The final and ongoing component of the experience is the maintenance of the invested technology. As our approach is highly preventative (it costs less to prevent problems than to respond to problems), clients benefit from regular maintenance on a monthly or quarterly basis as their business often critically depends on it working right, all the time.
As a result of our integrated and preventative approach with our services, Optimal Performance does not require retainers or contracts for their services. Agreements are made establishing exactly what services we will provide and what standards will be met, however clients have the opportunity to walk away from the partnership at any time. Subsequently, client retention for Optimal Performance has been exceptional. |
